My wife came into the kitchen a bit ago to find me preparing something unexpected. Then she demanded that I write a Quick Void about my cup of organic, herbal, green tea. In my defense, I am a bit under the weather. Drink your heart out, Trinian.

welcome to tohu va bohu
tohuvabohu.org is a weblog written by Sean Higgins since April 2004. The phrase "tohu va bohu" is Hebrew for "without form and void" in Genesis 1:2 and works well as a motto for the content found on this site. You can read more about the site here.
I recommend that you subscribe to tohuvabohu.org via RSS

AHA! One step closer to Chi nirvana!!!! You sissy brit!
This just in…
Months after the fighting stopped, researchers at the government’s newly-founded XenoLabs in Seattle report that they have finally discovered the initial source of the alien infestation.
— Mark Anderson - Xeno Communications Expert — “The aliens had been saying from the beginning the curious phrase ‘The Preview of the Masters’, but no one really knew what it meant. We all assumed that it was some kind of warning of a future attempt at another invasion. It wasn’t until just a few days ago that we were able to link them to the Masters College Preview Weekend.”
The Master’s College, a non-denominational school in Santa Clarita turned out to be ground zero for the alien chaos that has wracked the nation.
Mark — “It all started with the youth pastors. I suppose they thought that by replacing them with the alien Replicants, they would be able to infiltrate large groups of other possible hosts all over the country. It certainly worked.”
Hours after the discovery was made, a special military operation closed in on the now-abandoned campus and found dozens of youth pastors and students trapped in the now-familiar alien pods. The survivors were glad to be rescued, but were also concerned about the events that followed their initial capture.
— SKH - Rescued Youth Paster — “I really have to wonder at the discernment of those that just assumed that thing was actually me. I mean really… Herbal Tea? How much caffeine can you realistically pack into that?”
Dude, herbal tea was made for you and me. Herbal tea rocks my world. My body doesn’t cope well with much caffeine. So I have to find my hot beverage enjoyment where I can. I’m so sick of people telling me not to go decaf! I had an other-worldly (did I get alien infiltrated?) decaf skim almond latte this morning. Go, Bargreen’s coffee!

I’m just wondering what Sean pastes rescued youth with.
It’s more like paper maché. :P My “Orange Rooibos” for an edit feature!
