		<description>&lt;p&gt;Thank you Sean for the reminder.  I had a good discussion with my wife over the spiritual qualifications of being a leader.  We evaluating our own qualifications.  We both decided, basically, that personal discipline and prayer are the number one areas that both of us need to grow in to better and more qualified leaders.  Thanks again.&lt;/p&gt;
