What do you write next after posting about your dad’s funeral service? This is a question I have not been able to answer for a few days.
It’s not like I don’t have half a dozen unfinished blog series to continue. There are words to have fun with and interminable issues on the internet to kick around. But none of those things fit the shape of my heart.
So until I can piece together some thoughts maybe you’d enjoy reading my sister’s anecdote about an extra cookie from dad. And thanks to all of you who have prayed for my family and for the many gracious comments shared on the last post.
