It is already a week later and time for the Wednesday accountability weigh-in: this morning I stepped on the scale and it registered 217. The last time I saw 217 was February 2, 2004, one day before the 04SR with Dave Cleland and one day after being sick as a dog. I remember being under 220 for only a few days, so I’m hoping to keep things headed in the current direction.
And speaking of DWC, he was shocked by the coffee restrictions from my fundo. He’s recently returned from South Africa (wonder if he saw Kim Brown?) where he learned some valuable lessons about monkeys and sausage. I would also like to point out that he considered my blog a “blog of note” alongside that of the Pyromaniac and a co Master’s Seminary alumnus, Josh Mack. I’ve heard that iron sharpens iron, but I’m just hopeful I won’t be burned by association with these other bloggers.
