Okay. This blog will deviate a bit from the typical, more theologically oriented themes you’re used to from me. But seriously, stink!
If you’ve never visited the apple.com web site you’ve got to do it now. The annual Macworld Conference kicked off today in San Fransisco with Apple CEO Steve Jobs leading off with his keynote address. He introduced a slew of new products and some updates to older ones. Even though the one thing I was watching for didn’t make the list, some of the new stuff is just crazy!
How about the sub $500 dollar Mac mini? A 6.5” square, 2” thick desktop. You’ve got to provide the monitor, but who doesn’t have like twenty old monitors sitting around.
Or the new iPod shuffle? A flash based mp3 player/storage disk … beautiful! As if Apple wasn’t already killing the digital music retail world, now they just keep making it better. Supposedly there is also a new cell phone/mp3 player from Motorola coming in the first half of 05 as well.
Well, check out the Apple site. It may be slow from the millions of people who are lusting for the best stuff. Enjoy…and think Mac!
